We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your BYOMA® purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are lightly used or unopened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack your items in the original BYOMA® box or any sturdy mailer and attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
